About

We opened our doors in April of 1994 as an Endoscopy Center and expanded into a fully accredited Surgery Center in January of 1998. Mountain View Surgery Center (MVSC) is an ambulatory surgery facility centrally located between Inland Empire hospitals and surrounded by the cities of Redlands, Loma Linda, Highland, San Bernardino, Colton, Rialto, Fontana, Grand Terrace, Moreno Valley, Yucaipa, and Riverside. Its proximity to the 10, 15 and 91 freeways makes it easily accessible to both patients and physicians. The center is over 9000 square feet containing 3 procedure suites, an operating room and a nine-bed recovery room.

Our mission is to create an environment where members of our community can not only receive the highest quality of care but also the highest level of caring. Our mission will be accomplished by the following:

• We shall treat our patients and their family and friends with dignity, respect, and compassion, all the while striving to maintain the highest quality of care in the most cost effective manner.
• Our medical staff shall be appointed and reappointed using standards set forth by the governing board, with credential reviews designed to assure a superior standard of conduct and patient care. In addition, we shall do all in our power to anticipate and meet the needs of the physicians who have chosen to become affiliated with our facility.
• We shall assure that the employees we hire will be competent, professional, and well-trained through a credentialing and orientation process. And the environment in which they work is not only safe, but also allows for freedom of expression and encourages teamwork, loyalty, and innovation.
• We shall listen to members of our community and to its leaders to improve services designed to address and meet the health needs of our community.
